Compensation - $101,000 - $110,000 / Annum + Benefits
Must Have:
- A four-year college degree, preferably in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five to ten years of progressively responsible Finance or Accounting experience in Hospitality Industry.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP; hospitality accounting experience.
- Strong financial acumen, including financial-statement preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and interpretation.
- Experience leading accounting operations and developing Finance or Accounting professionals.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and levels of leadership.
- A hands-on, team-oriented leadership style and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Office 365 and accounting and payroll systems.
- Sound judgment, high ethical standards, and the ability to protect confidential information.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment and remain flexible regarding schedules, weekends, and holidays.
