We’re looking for a skilled Production Baker to join our team and play a key role in our high-energy, fast-paced bakery environment.

As a Production Baker, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that every product meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Advanced Execution: Handle high-volume baking and assembly with precision, including tasks like scaling, mixing, and oven management.
• Team Motivation: Keep the energy high and morale strong, especially during busy seasons like holidays and wedding rushes.
• Acting Team Leader: Step up as the go-to leader in the absence of the Production Team Leader, overseeing production and directing staff.
• Quality Control: Be the final "eye" for product quality and presentation before items move to the storefront.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain a highly organized workspace, enforce FIFO protocols, and lead by example in cleaning and maintaining commercial equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Owner, Team Leaders, Bakery Administrator, and Assistant staff to ensure seamless operations.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional baking experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Independence and Teamwork: Capable of completing tasks both independently and collaboratively.
• Prioritization Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet production needs.
• Leadership Potential: A positive, motivating presence with the ability to lead by example.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and presentation.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
