Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience
About the Position
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing operation in Vancouver. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
The team is expanding a new product line, creating an ongoing need for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and ready to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and prepare boxes for shipping
- Pick and organize products and materials
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Manage and maintain inventory
- Prepare and process shipments
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with various warehouse duties based on daily business needs
- Work independently while also collaborating with the team
- Take initiative and help identify ways to improve daily operations
- Learn and operate a stand-up forklift after training
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Forklift certification is not required; training will be provided
