Job Summary: Lead the daily warehouse and operational functions of the Manheim Parts Department while supporting sales, customer service, and team development. Assume day-to-day leadership of the department when the Parts Manager is unavailable.

Essential Duties:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including picking, staging, shipping, receiving, returns, deliveries, organization, and safety.
- Coach and hold the operations team accountable while building a strong, team-first culture.
- Lead the department and make routine operating decisions when the Parts Manager is unavailable.
- Work hands-on during high-volume periods and remove barriers affecting throughput and customer service.
- Oversee parts vehicles, equipment, delivery drivers, routes, and urgent deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, storage, cycle counts, returns, stock movement, and loss prevention.
- Build working knowledge of purchasing, orders, quotes, invoicing, warranty, returns, counter sales, and department procedures.
- Support customer needs, quotes, counter sales, follow-up, and sales opportunities. Sales staff will not report to this role.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, sales staff, and UKTS departments.
- Use technology to improve accuracy, throughput, customer service, and profit.
- Train team members, develop future leaders, and prepare for greater responsibility.
- Reinforce company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Parts Manager.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three to five years of related parts, warehouse, operations, or sales experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Environment:
- Moderate to high noise and moderate to heavy physical exertion.
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and be able to stand, walk, and drive.
- Valid driver license required. Work includes office, showroom, warehouse, and outdoor storage areas.
