The Opportunity: Practice Law, Not Sales

Are you a passionate Estate Planning Attorney who loves working directly with clients but dreads the pressure of business development, prospecting, and building a book of business?

At The Hall Law Group, we have designed the ideal role for an attorney who simply wants to do what they do best: practice law. We handle the marketing, the prospecting, and the scheduling. You will step into a structured, appointment-driven environment with a calendar of pre-scheduled meetings with individuals and families ready to secure their legacy. Supported by an exceptional administrative and operational team, you will have the freedom to focus entirely on providing high-quality legal counsel and crafting tailored estate plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Estate Planning Attorney, your day-to-day will be focused on meaningful client interactions and delivering exceptional legal guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Client Consultations: Conduct pre-scheduled, in-office estate planning meetings with individuals and families.
  • Strategic Advising: Discuss clients' unique family circumstances, assets, beneficiaries, and overall estate planning objectives to provide sound, customized legal advice.
  • Document Strategy & Preparation: Determine, prepare, review, and approve the appropriate legal documents and planning structures based on each client's specific needs (including Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and related documents).
  • Client Education: Translate complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language, ensuring clients feel confident and informed about their estate plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Address client questions, make necessary revisions, and ensure all estate plans and documents strictly comply with applicable Arizona law.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our dedicated support staff to keep client matters moving efficiently from the initial consultation through final signing.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate, timely, and organized client records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly professional, personable, and detail-oriented attorney who is deeply committed to providing an excellent client experience.

  • Licensure: Active license to practice law in Arizona (must be in good standing).
  • Experience: Previous estate planning experience is strongly preferred, specifically with Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and foundational estate documents.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to explain legal concepts comfortably and clearly to everyday clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the time-management skills required to confidently manage multiple client matters in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment.

Why Join The Hall Law Group?

We believe that helping families put their affairs in order is profoundly important work. By removing the burden of rainmaking, we allow our attorneys to experience the pure reward of helping people protect their families and their assets. If you are looking for a stable, fulfilling career where you can focus your time on meeting with clients and completing high-quality estate plans, we want to hear from you.
