Responsibilities
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer use and inventory software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Forklift certification a plus.
