Panel Line Operator

Responsible for setting up and operating production machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key duties:

• Set up and adjust machines according to work orders.
• Operate production equipment and monitor gauges/controls.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report problems.
• Track waste, downtime, maintenance, and production data.
• Maintain a clean work area using 6S.

Requirements: 6–12 months of related experience, basic hand-tool and machine-control experience, and preferably a High School Diploma/GED.

In short: A hands-on production worker who sets up, operates, monitors, and performs quality checks on manufacturing machines.
