Job Title: Data Support Specialist / Data Analyst

Location: Summit NJ 07901

Duration: 10/01/2026 to 12/31/2026 (Duration is from 10/1/26 to 04/30/26 - new posting will be created for 2027)

Description:

Support an organizational design initiative by capturing, validating, and preparing organization structure data for downstream HR systems. Partner with project Super Users and Design Leads to encapsulate organizational designs in data form. Perform Excel-based data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation activities to ensure accurate organizational data in preparation for upload to Workday and other systems.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
