We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and advance a large-scale enterprise networking environment.

The Network Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, operating, securing, and troubleshooting enterprise data center and campus network infrastructure. The position will focus heavily on Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Software-Defined Access (SDA), Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), network observability platforms, and enterprise network security.

The engineer will work closely with infrastructure and technology teams to ensure network services remain reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with modernization initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering position requiring advanced technical expertise and the ability to support mission-critical environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Nexus platforms operating in ACI mode.

• Configure and administer ACI VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs/ESGs, L3Outs, contracts, and fabric policies.

• Integrate ACI with Red Hat OpenShift VMM and Isovalent/Cilium.

• Configure and optimize RoCEv2 for high-performance and low-latency workloads.

• Troubleshoot ACI fabric health, faults, endpoint learning, contracts, and multi-tenant segmentation.

• Maintain network architecture documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Deploy and support Cisco Catalyst platforms in enterprise campus environments.

• Design and maintain Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) architectures.

• Support SDA Wired Fabric and Fabric-Enabled Wireless.

• Manage SDA underlay and overlay networks, policy mapping, authentication integrations, and assurance operations.

• Collaborate with wireless engineering teams to optimize network coverage, performance, and policy enforcement.

• Configure and administer Cisco ISE.

• Manage TACACS+, authentication and authorization policy sets, and endpoint profiling.

• Integrate Cyber Vision intelligence into device profiling, segmentation, and access-control workflows.

• Support Zero Trust networking through identity-centric segmentation and policy integration across ACI and SDA.

• Deploy and manage ThousandEyes for end-to-end visibility, routing analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Support Cisco Cyber Vision for OT/IoT asset visibility, classification, and behavioral analysis.

• Manage DNA Spaces for location analytics, telemetry, device behavior, and wireless intelligence.

• Analyze data from observability platforms and communicate meaningful findings to technical stakeholders and leadership.

• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues.

• Work extensively with VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP, multicast, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and QoS.

• Design and implement Palo Alto Networks security solutions.

• Create and maintain network architecture diagrams, standards, runbooks, and asset inventories.

• Support infrastructure modernization, platform upgrades, procurement activities, and enterprise technology initiatives.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 15 years of experience working with Cisco networking technologies.

• Production experience with Cisco ACI.

• Strong knowledge of ACI VRF, BD, EPG, ESG, L3Out, and contracts.

• Experience integrating ACI with OpenShift VMM and Cilium/Isovalent.

• Strong Cisco Catalyst and SDA experience.

• Experience administering Cisco ISE, including TACACS+ and policy-set-based NAC.

• Experience with ThousandEyes, Cyber Vision, DNA Spaces, or comparable observability platforms.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, and network security.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to create network diagrams, technical documentation, and architectural artifacts.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in mission-critical enterprise environments.

• CCNP Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with container networking and virtualization integrations.

• Knowledge of NIST frameworks and cybersecurity requirements.

• Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or other network automation technologies.

• Experience working in state government or large enterprise environments.

• PCCSA certification.

• PCNSA certification.

• Experience with Palo Alto NGFW configuration, security profiles, NAT, App-ID, URL filtering, and WildFire.
