The Production Mechanic maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots production equipment in a fish processing and manufacturing facility. This role focuses on performing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a fish processing and manufacturing facility with frequent exposure to cold and wet conditions, including refrigerated rooms typically maintained between 30 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The work is physically demanding and involves standing for long periods, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Standard hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the requirement to remain open to working Sundays and other weekend, evening, or holiday shifts depending on production needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
