Position: Shipping Associates

Location: Vidalia, GA

Starting Pay: $14/hour

Position: Seasonal (Peak starting mid October)

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts available

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 4-day workweek

Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–3:30 AM

• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 4-day workweek

Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–7:00 PM

• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Work a full 36-hour schedule and receive pay for 40 hours

Job Summary:

SelecSource is seeking a detail-oriented associates for peak season to support the shipping process and ensure product meets quality standards before being shipped to customers.

Responsibilities:

Inspect repaired product to ensure they meet quality standards.

Bag and box product for shipment.

Enter shipping information into the UPS system and company computer system.

Weigh and label shipping boxes.

Run packing lists and attach the appropriate paperwork to each box.

Help close sales orders in SAP while maintaining accurate paperwork.

Stack boxes securely and orderly on pallets.

Move completed pallets to the shipping dock.

Assist with the shipping process at the UPS terminal.

Pay close attention to customer requests and shipping details.

Maintain good housekeeping practices within the work area.

Follow all company attendance policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Proficient typing and computer skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
