Construction Project Manager

Cornerstone Construction Services Inc is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead jobsite performance and deliver projects that meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications. This role partners with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage progress, and drive successful project outcomes.

In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring project performance, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining clear communication across the project lifecycle. You will manage deliverables, timelines, and expectations to ensure each project is completed successfully and professionally.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and closeout activities.

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and established quality standards.

• Monitor budgets and schedule progress, identify variances early, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate daily operations with field personnel and subcontractors to maintain workflow and jobsite readiness.

• Maintain project documentation, track risks and changes, and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Support procurement and resource planning to ensure materials, equipment, and staffing align with project needs.

• Proven experience managing construction projects, with demonstrated accountability for schedule, quality, and delivery.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and field execution practices.

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to maintain accurate project records.

• Experience working with a range of construction scopes and subcontractor coordination.

• Familiarity with project risk management, change management, and basic cost tracking practices.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and aligning field teams to project goals.

• Track record of maintaining strong safety practices and jobsite professionalism.

Annual salary: $80,000 - $120,000
