As a Junior MIG Fabrication Welder, you’ll turn drawings into durable products, keep safety at the forefront, and help a tight-knit team deliver dependable results.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, set up, and operate welding equipment to support production runs with reliable throughput.
- Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine measurements, sequence, and fit-up needs.
- Perform MIG welding to fabricate parts and assemblies that meet spec and finish standards.
- Verify your workinspect welds and dimensions for accuracy and compliance.
- Keep your area organized and hazard-free while following all safety procedures.
- Team up with peers to refine processes and boost efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting weld quality or equipment issues as they arise.

Schedule Options & Pay
We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), providing additional flexibility for your schedule.
Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
