We are looking for dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production operations by assembling products, operating equipment, inspecting finished goods, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following established safety and quality procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Operate manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment safely after receiving appropriate training.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
- Accurately measure, count, assemble, package, and label products as required.
- Maintain a steady pace while meeting production goals and quality expectations.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete production paperwork, checklists, and other required documentation accurately.
- Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products and report issues to a supervisor.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report any quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
