Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
This role involves assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts and components, and electrical or electronic systems to build subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and related equipment. You will fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet defined tolerances and operating requirements, as well as repair units or products that do not initially meet specifications. The position follows clearly defined procedures and guidelines, focuses on routine and manual tasks, and requires basic technical knowledge that you can gain through on-the-job training.

Work Environment
This role operates in a cleanroom or laboratory environment with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, organization, and adherence to controlled procedures. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Some work may take place in a refrigerated pump testing room, where a smaller number of team members may be assigned at a time. You will use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment in a setting that follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Appropriate cleanroom or lab attire and protective gear are required to maintain product integrity and a safe working environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
