High-end Residential Architecture /Interiors Firm is seeking a talented Interior Designer who will collaborate with our senior design team and focus on project assistance. We are looking for an individual with a passion for luxury residential design, strong time management skills, highly organized, 3 to 5 years work experience. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop and execute design concepts for high-end residential projects.
- Assist in space planning, furniture selection, and color compositions to create luxurious and functional living spaces.
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce detailed plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Research and stay updated on high-end showrooms and product lines to source premium materials and furnishings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Assist in the selection and customization of furniture and fixtures, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of custom furniture designs, ensuring they meet the client's specifications and design standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Adapt to ever-changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in interior design, property management, preferably with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of high-end showrooms and product lines.
- Experience in space planning, furniture selection, and color compositions.
- Familiarity with custom furniture design and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
