OVERVIEW:
Jennmar is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system requirements.
- Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of D365 Finance processes and cost management module
- Experience administrating role security
- Awareness of ISVs and how they integrate
- Demonstrated experience in most SCM module

MUST HAVES:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes and modules experience with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operational performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.
- Create functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Work with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
- Monitor system performance and data quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.
- Provide production support and assist users with D365-related questions and issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and Microsoft release updates.
