About the role:
We are seeking an Account Manager who can assist with managing enterprise accounts. The Account Executive will collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee projects for enterprise accounts.

Location & Role Commitments
- Full time (40 hours per week).
- This position operates as an on-site role which requires the Account Executive to be in office at minimum of three times a week. The office is located in San Jose, CA.
- Attend all scheduled meetings for the enterprise account and offer support to the Operations Manager and Project Managers.
Job Summary
The Account Manager will assist in managing client relationships and overseeing accounts. This individual will be a second point of contact for enterprise accounts in order to provide support throughout a project lifecycle by attending client meetings, maintaining communication and collaborating with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations Manager throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by attending meetings, responding to questions or concerns and updating client provided dashboards.
- Work with internal teams such as the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Project Coordinator and Inventory Manager to deliver solutions to clients.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, conduct site walks for enterprise accounts and offer support to the Operations Manager and Project Managers.
- Travel to project locations outside the Bay Area for initial site surveys or on site meetings with clients
- Review quotes and proposals with the sales team to ensure the scope of work and bill of materials for projects are clearly defined.
- Assist in monitoring project health by updating and reviewing various trackers, dashboards as well as meeting regularly with internal teams.
- Ensure client commitments, follow-ups, and action items are documented and completed.
- Participate in regular account reviews with the leadership team.
- Identify opportunities to expand QLVS's services within the existing account and coordinate those opportunities with the appropriate sales and leadership teams.
