Compensation:

$60,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Guide families through the legal processes of the Marchman Act and Guardianship with empathy and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice to foster trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure clients are supported throughout their recovery journey.
  • Facilitate connections between clients and appropriate resources or services to aid in their recovery process.
  • Educate families on their legal options and the steps involved in the recovery process.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in guiding families through legal processes with empathy and clarity.
  • Experience in consultative sales, with a focus on empathy and building trust.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and actionable advice.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with legal teams to ensure seamless case management.
  • Strong skills in maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation.
  • Experience in providing consistent follow-up to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Ability to facilitate connections between clients and appropriate resources or services to aid in recovery processes.
