What You'll Do
Be the face of Vaden Automotive: greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process
Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value
Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently
Build relationships and turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners
Reach out to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and stay engaged with your pipeline
Deliver an exceptional experience that ensures every customer leaves feeling excited and valued
What We're Looking For
A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required we'll train the right person
Professional appearance and a team-player mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
