- Focus: Facility management and equipment repair for multiple wash locations
What You’ll Tackle
- Own the mechanical and electrical maintenance of several wash sites, executing repairs and preventive maintenance plans.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects and service work to hit timelines and minimize downtime.
- Source, order, and manage parts inventory to keep critical spares on hand.
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and restore operations safely and efficiently.
- Document all work in a CMMS or spreadsheets, ensuring accurate maintenance histories.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial maintenance/repair experience.
- Expert troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems, including 480-volt equipment.
- Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience; welding capability is a plus.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working at height on ladders.
