This role supports daily production operations in a food manufacturing environment by monitoring product quality throughout the production process and helping ensure all products meet company standards before shipment. You work closely with production teams to inspect materials, perform quality checks, identify defects, and maintain compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a food manufacturing facility with active production lines, packaging areas, and inspection stations. You spend most of your time on the production floor monitoring equipment, handling materials, and performing quality checks. The environment follows strict safety policies, GMPs, and standard operating procedures, with an emphasis on cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards. Work may involve standing for extended periods, working near machinery, and collaborating with production teams across different shifts, depending on operational needs. Appropriate work attire and protective gear are used in accordance with facility guidelines.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Aumsville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
