Production Associate

We are hiring Production Associates for a precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity, and the ability to work with very small components. Associates will assemble, inspect, clean, and handle delicate parts while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

• Assemble small mechanical, electronic, and optical components.
• Work with extremely small parts requiring precision and accuracy.
• Use tweezers, magnifying glasses, and other small tools during assembly and inspection.
• Clean lenses and components using approved chemicals, including acetone.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
• Accurately enter production information into computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or quality experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Experience working with small parts is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Seated position for most or all of the shift.
• Work involves handling very small, delicate components.
• Frequent use of tweezers, magnifying glasses, and precision hand tools.
• Use of approved cleaning solutions, including acetone, while following safety procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
