Responsibilities

We're looking for a data-driven Assistant Manager to join our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. This role will play a key role in shaping our customer retention strategy across email, mobile messaging, and loyalty experiences. You will leverage customer insights, segmentation, testing, and personalization to optimize lifecycle journeys that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll help create customer experiences that reflect our brand's voice and values while delivering a best-in-class experience across eCommerce and retail. This individual will report to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

• Support Marketing Manager with strategy, execution, and optimization of CRM lifecycle marketing programs across email and mobile messaging.

• Develop and optimize lifecycle programs that leverage segmentation and personalization to drive engagement and retention.

• Build and maintain a testing roadmap, leveraging A/B testing and customer insights to continuously improve campaign and journey performance.

• Own performance reporting for lifecycle programs, presenting insights, test results, and data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns, overseeing planning, asset delivery, QA, and deployment to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
