Work Environment
This position is based in a busy production environment focused on metal stamping and high-quality output, where the margin for error is extremely small. The schedule follows a first shift, typically 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, with additional hours from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays, and the team is currently working 10-hour days across six days per week. Quality standards are strict, and employees are expected to maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow OSHA safety requirements. The dress code includes steel-toed boots or shoes, jeans, and a T-shirt suitable for tasks that may involve dirt and debris, with no hanging jewelry allowed for safety reasons.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
