Pay Rate: $18.00 – $31.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to complete site preparation, grading, and material-moving tasks on construction or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including excavators, bulldozers, front loaders, and backhoes safely and precisely.
• Conduct daily pre-and-post-operation safety inspections on all assigned equipment.
• Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to move earth, rock, and materials.
• Perform routine basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment, reporting mechanical issues right away.
• Strictly follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery (1+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License / CDL is a plus).
• Safety certifications (such as OSHA or NCCER) are strongly preferred.
• Strong spatial awareness, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
