Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join a pain management practice in Greer, SC. This individual will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patients, managing medications and treatment plans, and seeing new patient referrals and follow-up patients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment and providing high-quality patient care. Pain management experience is preferred but not required, and basic pain management training can be provided.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with pain-related conditions.

• Develop and manage appropriate patient treatment plans.

• Provide medication management and monitor patient response to treatment.

• Complete new patient evaluations and manage incoming referrals.

• Provide follow-up care for established patients.

• Manage approximately 25 patients per day.

• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans and medication management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) eligible to practice in South Carolina
• Experience evaluating and diagnosing patients in a clinical setting
• Strong experience with medication management and treatment planning
• Comfortable conducting new patient evaluations and managing referrals
• Experience providing follow-up care and monitoring patient response to treatment
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable managing a workload of approximately 25 patients per day
• Strong clinical documentation skills, including documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Strong patient education and communication skills, particularly regarding medications and treatment plans

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Pain management experience. (basic pain management training can be provided.)
