Location: San Antonio, TX

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (All candidates will rotate to swing shift after initial training period)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver / Mechanic Helper to support operations at the Boeing facility in San Antonio. This role involves the transportation of aircraft support equipment managed by our client, using various vehicles such as golf carts, tugs, trucks, and tractors.

When equipment delivery and retrieval slows, candidates with basic mechanical skills will assist the shop team with maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport support equipment across the aircraft facility using designated vehicles.
• Perform pickups and deliveries promptly and safely.
• Assist mechanics in shop maintenance during downtime.
• Follow all safety and operational protocols at all times.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and background check.
