This 1st shift General Production Worker role focuses on operating basic production equipment, performing light assembly, and conducting quality checks on watering pipe systems in a clean and quiet manufacturing environment. You will read prints to perform simple machine setups, handle loft pipes and completed pieces, and alternate between operating machinery and assembling light plastic components to support efficient and accurate production.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a small, clean, and quiet manufacturing facility with a family-like culture and considerate working atmosphere. Work is performed on 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with Fridays worked as needed. The environment emphasizes a set and consistent weekly schedule with no overtime, allowing for predictable work-life balance. You will work around production machinery and assembly stations, handling watering pipe systems and light plastic components, with an emphasis on ergonomics by alternating between operating and assembling tasks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
