As a Manufacturing Production Employee, you’ll play a key role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production.

-Packout of "Work in Progress" to a finished good.
- Following production schedules and meeting quality standards.
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Keeping accurate records of production data and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- A willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
