Micro Center is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support store and warehouse operations. This role combines local box-truck deliveries with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, loading, inventory handling, and quality
control.Responsibilities- Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
- Maintain a valid Class B CDL and comply with all DOT, company, and safety requirements.
- Load, secure, unload, and verify merchandise for deliveries and transfers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, stage, move, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse or store.
- Accurately count inventory and verify quantities against paperwork.
- Perform quality-control checks to confirm merchandise is correct, complete, and free of damage.
- Report delivery, inventory, equipment, or product discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Provide professional, customer-focused service during deliveries and interactions with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic maintenance and knowledge surrounding box trucks
- Experience driving a box truck in a delivery, warehouse, or distribution environment.
- Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred.
- Strong counting, inventory accuracy, and quality-control skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise safely, including heavier items.
- Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.
