Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products using basic hand tools
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, and label boxes and pallets for shipment
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material organization
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
- Utilize RF scanners to support warehouse and shipping operations
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Learn new processes and assist in other areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools required
- Inventory, cycle count, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus
- Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
