Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

Follow work instructions and safety procedures

Perform routine machine inspections and maintenance checks

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards

Troubleshoot and report equipment or production issues

Track production numbers and communicate with supervisors

Assist with assembly and general production tasks

Safely handle materials and parts up to 35 lbs.

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow standardized processes

Commitment to safety and quality

Team player with a positive attitude

Manufacturing experience is a plus!

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,IN.
