Turn Sold Designs Into Beautiful, Flawless Installations

If you love leading people, solving problems on the fly, and seeing a project come together from first plan to final walkthrough, this is the role for you.

As Project Manager, you'll take sold lighting designs and turn them into beautifully executed projects across homes and HOA communities throughout Greater Orlando. You'll be the person crews count on to keep the day organized, the person customers trust to keep them informed, and the person leadership counts on to keep every project moving safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Own residential and HOA projects from handoff through installation, service, takedown, and storage
• Lead crews day to day: set expectations, coach installers and crew leaders, and build a team that works safely and professionally
• Build daily work plans, matching crews and equipment to the day's projects, and adjust fast when weather or schedules change
• Keep the warehouse and inventory dialed in, so crews always leave prepared and materials are where they should be
• Inspect work, resolve field issues, and protect the finished product and the customer's property
• Get hands-on when needed (installs, troubleshooting, service calls, warehouse work) while keeping your main focus on leading the team

What We're Looking For

Experience leading crews, installers, or labor teams in a hands-on, field-based environment
A track record managing projects end to end scope, schedule, labor, materials, and customer communication
Comfort in a fast-moving, seasonal, or high-volume operation
Someone who takes ownership of outcomes and follows through until the job is actually done
Strong communicator who keeps crews, customers, and the office on the same page
Calm under pressure, with an eye for quality and detail

A big plus if you've worked in: holiday lighting, landscaping, construction, events, exterior services, electrical support, or another outdoor project-driven trade and if you've worked around occupied homes, HOAs, property managers, or detail-oriented customers.
