Jensen Motors is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week). This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, creating advertising content, and helping a local business connect with its community.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll help tell the Jensen Motors story across social media, radio, print, and other marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, and help keep our dealership’s marketing current and consistent.

• Social Media
  

  • Create engaging posts featuring vehicles, promotions, dealership events, employees, customers, and community involvement.
  • Capture photos and videos for social media and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative ideas to increase engagement and strengthen our online presence.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and overall social media activity.

• Radio Advertising

  • Help develop creative concepts and messaging for radio advertisements.
  • Write or coordinate radio ad copy and promotional messaging.

• Print & Digital Advertising

  • Develop promotional graphics and marketing materials.

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable creating content for social media.
• Basic graphic design and photo/video skills are required.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional, positive, and personable.
• Interest in automotive, local business, or community marketing is a plus.
• Previous marketing, advertising, social media, or communications experience is preferred but not required.

Position: Marketing Associate
Schedule: Part-time, with flexibility in scheduling
Location: Jensen Motors New Ulm, MN

Position starting pay is $18.00/hour, up to 20 hours per week.
