Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit duties efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
