Salary: $50,000–$60,000+ annually, depending on licensure, experience, and work arrangement

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to provide behavioral health services to adults, children, and families in Roxboro, NC.

The clinician will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual and group psychotherapy across outpatient, community-based, and residential/halfway house settings. Many clients are Medicaid recipients, and the clinician will work collaboratively with peer support specialists, prescribers, and other members of the care team.

Please note: Candidates should be comfortable with the required driving distances associated with community-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide services in outpatient, community, and residential/halfway house settings.
• Collaborate with peer support specialists, prescribers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Support clients experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.
• Participate in ongoing care coordination and treatment planning.

Requirements

• LCSWA or LCMHCA required.
• LCSW or LCMHC preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to provide services in community-based settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• LCAS or LCASA credential preferred.
• Willingness to register for LCASA after hire.
• Experience working with behavioral health and/or substance use populations preferred.
