As a Project Manager at PIC, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and technical direction for large-scale construction projectsor multiple smaller ones. You'll interface with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and documents to build a full understanding of project requirements
- Develop construction execution plans that serve as the foundation for estimating and project delivery
- Lead project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Oversee on-site operations and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Conduct site investigations to identify unique conditions or potential challenges
- Apply engineering practices to solve technical problems during planning and construction
- Prepare technical reports and studies as needed for specific bid items or project issues
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Managementor equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
- Industrial Construction experience required: Pulp and Paper, Corrugated and/or Food Industry a plus!
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to travel and have a valid drivers license and Real ID or Passport
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $130,000 annually Based on experience (DOE)
