Staff Accountant – Western MA
Location: Greater Springfield, MA area / Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:
- Month-end accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- General ledger analysis and researching accounting issues
- Bank reconciliations and cash-related activity
- Supporting sales & use tax filings across multiple entities/jurisdictions
- Assisting with external audit requests
- Taking on additional accounting and analytical projects as the company grow
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 2–3+ years of accounting experience
- General ledger and month-end close experience OR public accounting/audit experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a growing, multi-entity environment
- Manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience is a plus
