Line cook

We're looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at our location in Sullivan, MO (200 S Service Rd West, Sullivan, MO, 63080). If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering delicious meals and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assisting in food preparation and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food and takes pride in their work. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
