Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide sales support, product assistance, and logistical services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, processing customer orders, preparing quotations and shipping documentation, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations, client pricing, and discount agreements.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Prepare orders and custom paperwork for shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web requests.
- Maintain accurate client product profiles and pricing information.
- Support key, international, and internal company accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales support experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
