Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face and voice of our family-owned roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior remodeling company. As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our office operates efficiently and that every customer interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with helpful and accurate information.
• Managing schedules and appointments for team members.
• Handling basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.
