ARE YOU THE PRODUCTION LINE ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

As our Production Line Assistant, you'll take wire harness projects from start to finish-selecting the right wires by gauge, color, type, marking, and length; routing, taping, and cutting with confidence using schematics and harness drawings; crimping terminals by hand or machine with precision; and testing continuity with Cirris testers or multimeters to confirm dependable performance. Quality is in your hands as you perform visual, dimensional, and force inspections, all while using fine motor skills, staying in proper PPE (safety glasses, gloves, earplugs, safety shoes, and more as needed), and communicating with coworkers to troubleshoot and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Physical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to balance competing priorities, work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines, and commit to high-quality, error-free work
• Ability to use various equipment for production and assembly
• Ability to use and read a tape measure (length, width, thickness, diameter, or depth of an object)
• Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in the English language
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and standard practices

Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus!
