Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Alliance Workforce Onsite is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding candidates while supporting the staffing needs of our client companies.

The Recruiter works directly with applicants and clients to ensure open positions are filled quickly and accurately. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced staffing environment.

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus

What You Will Do

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring with clients
• Manage new hire onboarding and documentation
• Maintain candidate and client records in Avionte Bold
• Oversee background checks and pre employment screening
• Conduct safety orientations when required
• Prepare recruiting reports and maintain documentation
• Support client relationships by ensuring positions are filled quickly
• Conduct onsite visits with current clients when needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable using internet resources and social media for recruiting
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• One to two years of experience in staffing recruiting.
• Experience using Avionte Bold or similar applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
