Night Shift Security Patrol Officer

Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Night Shift Security Patrol Officers to join our team in South Reno. This role offers an active, varied work environment where your vigilance and clear communication play a crucial part in maintaining safety and security for our clients and community.
Position Details
Location: South Reno, Nevada
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM), 4 days per week
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation
Hourly pay range: $20 - $24, with a tiered pay system rewarding knowledge and contributions, allowing for pay progression as route knowledge increases.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security patrols across assigned routes during night hours.
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls, incidents, and emergencies.
- Identify, report, and address potential security concerns proactively to prevent escalation.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Document incidents and daily activities through written reports.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client and public interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Nevada PILB Work Card prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Willingness to work holidays if scheduled.
- Completion of required training modules within the first month of employment.
