What Matters Most:
- Pay: $25.50+per hour
- Schedule: 3rd Shift, starting between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM and working until approximately7:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable Production Supervisor for a trusted client in the commercialbakingindustry. This position oversees daily bakery production, ensures quality and food safety standards are met, and provides direction to production employees throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet daily production requirements and customer orders
- Ensure products are mixed, baked, handled, and produced according to established procedures
- Monitor product quality and complete required production and food safety documentation
- Lead, coach, and support production employees
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environment
- Help ensure production equipment remains clean and operational
- Maintain and properly use company-issued testing equipment
- Assist with special projects and other productionneeds asassigned
Requirements:
- Food manufacturing, bakery production, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to follow production, quality, and food safety procedures
- Ability to train and direct employees
- Willingness to obtain company forklift certification
- Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around bakery ingredients, ovens, coolers, and freezers
