Job Description
A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experiencedCNC Machine Operatorto produce precision parts while meeting established engineering specifications and quality standards. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment while inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality. You’ll work with blueprints, precision measuring instruments, and manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for a safety-conscious operator with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, routers, and other automated equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and specifications to produce accurate parts
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot minor machining or equipment issues
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Maintain production records, perform routine machine maintenance, and follow established safety, quality, and 5S procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous CNC equipment operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes with strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift and frequentlylift upto 50 pounds
- Ability to work aroundmachine noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures and wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves
- Technical certification in CNC machining, CNC programming/G-Code experience, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and forklift certification are preferred

The base pay range for this position is$20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
