FSS Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Vineland, NJ. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who can efficiently operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Title: Forkift Operators
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Transport materials to designated areas accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before and during use and report any issues.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Accurately handle inventory and materials while minimizing product damage.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule.
