With your 3+ years of culinary experience, you’ll bring both innovation and efficiency to the table, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll take charge of:

• Designing and executing a menu that delights our guests.
• Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence.
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality control.
• Managing inventory, food costs, and kitchen operations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with management to align the kitchen’s vision with the overall goals of the establishment.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position.
• A deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
