Bowling Lane Mechanic (Full-Time)
Bowlounge – Dallas Design District, Dallas, TX
Hiring Immediately – Not Seasonal
Bowlounge in the Dallas Design District is looking for a full-time Bowling Lane Mechanic to help keep our A-2 pinsetters running smoothly during our busy holiday season and beyond. This is a great role for someone with mechanical aptitude who likes working independently and solving problems with their hands.
Job Type: Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
Schedule: Primarily day/evening shifts; weekends and holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
- Perform basic fixes and maintenance on our A-2 pinsetters
- “Babysit” the bowling machines during service to keep lanes running smoothly
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate larger problems when needed
- Complete light handyman tasks around the venue as needed (small repairs, basic maintenance, etc.)
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Report directly to the head mechanic and learn from him
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Strong mechanical aptitude – comfortable using basic tools and learning new equipment
- Ability to work mostly independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn lane machinery (training provided on our A-2 pinsetters)
